What will you do?
Whether your interest lies with the kitchen or floor, we will provide you with all the tools and knowledge required to run a busy and successful business. This starts with our Development Programs and leads to ordering, hiring, training, and ownership.
Opportunities?
Once trained and part of a management team you will have many growth opportunities: advancement within your store, promotions within other OSF locations, or being part of a new store opening team. You can decide along the way which opportunity is the best fit for you.
Ownership
Staff become managers and managers can become owners. Every Kitchen Manager, General Manager and Operating Partner started in an OSF staff role.
